We accept Credit Card, Wise and Direct Deposit.
A 30% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Do you work with a second shooter?
All the wedding collections will be shoot as a team by Daniel Ramirez and a team member photographer, following the same vision. Depending on the scale of the event, we bring on additional shooters or assistants as needed.
What are image turnaround times?
The work of culling the best moments, color & exposure adjustments, and preparing your online gallery takes time accompanied by many cups of coffee. The time limit is 8 weeks, but you can get an express delivery of 2 weeks.
Do you offer videography?
Yes, we do offer stunning videos and timeless motion memories for your wedding, this video will be following the same aesthetic. Please feel free to ask about our service and packages
Is travel/accommodation included in your pricing?
Travel expenses are included in all coverages. Resort, venues, or hotel fees are not included
Typically, We curate 700-900 final images per 8 hours of coverage.
How many images will we get?
Can I customize a collection?
Absolutely. We can happily tailor any collection to best suit your celebration. Please contact us with your wish list. We will follow up with a bespoke collection for your review
We are based in Cancun & Mexico City. Most of our work is based in Mexico, but we have shot weddings in Germany, Colombia, Italy and USA.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF? DO YOU TRAVEL?
We've photographed plenty of rainy weddings — some of our best work comes from them. We build a Plan B with your planner ahead of time, and if something bigger happens, we figure it out together. You're not alone in it.
What if it rains?
Yes, drone coverage is included in all of our packages as an additional lens, and it is not priced as a separate item. It may not be used due to weather, timing, or venue and city permits and regulations, so it can't be discounted or exchanged for something else.
